Bridesmaids proposal box

Now it’s your turn to pop the question in style.! “Will you be my bridesmaid?” Can’t invest on high ranged bridesmade proposal boxes? Here you go with a simple but elegant propsal box... Your girls will feel special when they see these gorgeous sued boxes...💙

The sued fabric was the hero in the box.! I used only minimum supplies to adorn the boxes.. the sued fabrics solely given the gorgeous look to the box.

I made the bases using chipboards by paperious and sticked the sued fabrics using gluegun. You have to only cut a small portion from the fabrics, as it is more elastic you can easily stretch and that gives a neat and sharp look for the bases than any other other materials.

Then i made the boxes using cardstocks and attached it with the bases.. also i adorned the base look using some flowers and chipboard, you can go through papericious site for finding some varieties of props.

And finally...Added few candies, scented candle and stuffs with a propsal card on to to the box

Materials used.

*cardstock

*sued fabrics

*flwers

*chipboard

Measurements.

Base 5*5 inch

Box 4.5*4.5 inch

mixedmedia panel

Hello friends! This is Madhabi Roy on today's Papericious blog, sharing with you a mixedmedia panel.

Products used are Papericious ( white heavy gesso, black heavy gesso, crackle paste), chipboard frame . All the products are available on www.papericious.com

To start, I took an oval shaped mdf board and applied black heavy gesso on it. After drying, I applied white crackle paste .

After the crackle paste dried, I got a beautiful crackle texture and applied black heavy gesso over the entire texture.

Then I applied black heavy gesso to the chipboard frame and other elements and making a composition, keeping the frame as focal point,  I glued everything to the panel.

At last I coloured the whole panel with dry brush technique and  used white heavy gesso to higlight the details of the elements and my final project looks like this.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
I hope I've inspired you to try it too.
With love
Happy Crafting!

Upcycled Gift Hamper Tray

11:00 am Priti Kedia Meghani 0 Comments

  Hello friends,

Hope you are doing good and ready for a wonderful weekend! This is Priti here, and I am so excited to share another beautiful inspiration with you using the Decoupage papers and Decoupage mediums from Papericious
You don't need expensive supplies to glam up your gifting. I had this mdf tray with me which I had received as a Diwali gift hamper last year. I thought that it would be so wonderful to upcycle it and use it as a home decor piece or as a gift hamper tray for my gifting needs. So I grabbed a beautiful floral Decoupage Paper from Papericious, their glue and varnish and some paints, and converted this raw mdf tray into a beautiful piece of art.

I have fallen in love with the Papericious Decoupage Glue. It is absolutely amazing and gives such a wonderful finish. I did some stenciling on all the corners and added clay embellishments on the two sides of the tray to make it even more attractive. The edges were done using an antique gold wax from my stash which matched with the colour of the leaves in this beautiful Decoupage paper.

These Papericious Decoupage Papers are so gorgeous and you can use them in so many different ways and on any kind of base. As a sealer, I have used two coats of the Papericious Matte Varnish which gives the projects such a nice matte finish.

Supplies Used:

I am super happy with the result of this upcycled project and cant wait to gift this tray to someone special. I think I might use it to pack some wonderful goodies for my mom on the occasion of Mothers Day this Sunday. I really hope you liked the transformation of this tray and will leave me some love. Have a great weekend!

Love,
Priti

Today  sharing with you a home decor project, 3D lantern  created with the beautiful & minute  3D chipboards from Papericious.

To start, I assembled the chipboard parts  to create the lantern. Then I applied white heavy gesso and let it dry. I then applied crackle texture paste and let it dry naturally to get lovely cracks and a texture to the lantern. After that I coloured the whole lantern and decorated with flowers, die cuts, pearls and fussy cut elements (save the date - paperpack) from Papericious.

We can decorate with lights too.
