We will also be picking three entries as our Top 3, who will be awarded a badge to flaunt on their blog.

Now lets move on to my creation:

Since Father's Day is just around the corner, I decided to recycle my Iphone box which I had been saving for quite some time and turn it into a beautiful gift box. I was extremely lucky that I had a wonderful masculine collection from Papericious called "The Gentleman" in my stash, and it was just perfect for what I wanted to make.

I have used the pattern papers from this collection to cover the lid of the box after distressing the edges, and decorated the top with the fussy cut embellishments from the die cut sheets, Papericious grey chippis and some stenciling with Papericious modelling paste. The fussy cut embellishments have been layered in a cluster and this forms the focal point of my project. I have also added a little cheese cloth underneath for added texture and finished off my project with some black enamel dots and white Nuvo drops.

I also used some pattern paper on the insides and the back of the box so that it pulls everything together. Hope you liked my recycled project and will be inspired to create something for this challenge.

Here are some pictures of my project with few close ups.

Now let's have a look at what Nandini has created on the Go Green concept.

Hello everyone!
Nandini here, back with the an Altered Art Project which I have created using a trash cookie box.
I have used different mixed media mediums from Papericious to create this vertical round box.
First, I covered the box with waste twine (Sutli) and coloured it with Papericious White Chalk Paint. Then I created a rustic look using different colour mediums specially the Spray Colours called Spritzz and Waxes. The Chippis and embellishments have been arranged in a beautiful composition at the centre of the box. All the flowers are handmade from the Vellum Sheets by Papericious.

Hope you all liked my creation!
HAPPY CRAFTING!

Baby Boy Mini Album with 3D Shaker Elements + Video

Hello there,

This is Ujjwal with some new inspiration using the awesome 3D Shaker Chipboards and beautiful Sequins Mixes that were recently launched. I also used this old but gorgeous paper collection called "The Gentleman" and created a mini album.

The shaker chipboards were perfect to add the jazz and I love how the baby album turned out. Aren't those colors just perfect?

I love that you can use these shaker chipboards in so many different ways. You can paint them or cover them with pattern papers and they simply elevate the project.
You can see the complete mini album page by page in the video below.

I hope you liked this project!
Love, Ujjwal

Masculine layout tutorial

Hello my dear crafty friends!
Irit is here with my November tutorial made for Papericious friends and this time I made a layout tuorial for masculine layout.
Making maskuline projects are usually harder than feminine ones.
Even with a gorgeous paper collection you still are out of usual embellishments and you need to think a bit out of the box.
So let me show you how to make this lovely layout with two 6*4'' photos and with a bit of chipboard add- ons only.
I am totally sorry for the bad lighting during the tutorial steps, but that's it. I can't change it after the page is done. The final photos that were maid another day are  much better.

Step by step tutorial:

1.Arrange two cardstock from  The Gentleman collection as shown. Distress the edges with sand paper and ink them with black ink. Glue one cardstock over another as shown.

2. Make cardstock matting for both photos and ink the matting's edges.
Adhere the photos over the matting with 3d foam glue for the dimension.

3. Cu a few cardstock strips and arrange them over the first two cardstocks using 3d foam glue.

4.Use diamonds stencil and texture paste and add the paste over the stencil around the page edges. Let it dry!

5. Glue the photos and outline the diamonds shapes with black pen. It sure takes some time, but we need to add some shades to this page.

6. Paint the diamond chipboard with black paint and add around the page as shown.

7. Cut the clock. Best Dad ever tag and Best Dad circle from the patterned cardstock and glue them over the page.

And this is a final page with more chipboards added around making some eye moving to the elements and a kind of journalling too.
This is my oldest son and his first born son. He sure is the best Dad ever (when he is home as he is an Army colonel)

And as the The Gentlemen collection was already on my desk I added a lovely masculine card  to this post.

Hello amazing crafters out there!!
This is Parul here and I am super excited to be part of this blog hop.
Being a CAS lover I was so curious to know the outcome of stamping and pattern papers. And I must say this combination does create the MAGIC. The Pretty Basics from Papericious is my all time favorite paper pack.

So let's have a look at what I created
Project 1:
Do you see those pattern paper flowers? They look absolutely beautiful and fresh. I stamped the flowers directly on to the pattern paper and then fussy cut them. These flowers are from Wild floral stamp set from Mudra. I arranged them on the card panel with help of foam tape to add some dimension. And that sentiment is from Mudra's Brushed stamp set. How beautiful that font is. I just love it.

Project 2:

When I received my kit and I had look at MI ESTILO and The GENTLEMAN paper packs I was completely blown away. These are terrific!! As you look at these papers your mind starts get flooded with ideas. In this card I made a background with 1" wide stripes of pattern papers. and sentiments are from "Brother" stamp set from Mudra.

Supplies used:

Project 3:

This card is my favourite and so is the text pattern paper from MI ESTILO paper pack from Papericious.
It did take some time to make those bits and pieces but the end result was worth it. At least I think so :) The sentiment is from "The Man" set from Mudra and  I added a handwritten sentiment too :) Just to make the card more sensible.

Supplies Used:

I totally enjoyed making them. I seriously hope that I left you inspired..

Love and Hugs
Parul
