Cute Valentine tag pockets

Hello everyone,
its kavitha here and i am happy to be back with another post.We have a gorgeous new release paper pack this month for "Valentines day" called "If only",i love the perfect mix of traditional n non-traditional colors of this paper pack which makes it versatile for any kind of project.

I had these small paper bag measuring 3.5 by 5 inches which makes perfect size for the tags,so i decided to decorate them.

For the first layer i used pattern papers and for second layer i  used the journal tag sheet that comes with the paper pack along with some die cuts. Its pretty simple n everything came together quickly and makes a great gift for valentines day.

For the tags i used pastel shade pattern papers with soft prints on one side and left the other side plain ,so that i can be used for both adding pictures as well as writing personal messages.

I have also used couple of journal tags and adhesive button from infinity collection

Hope you liked my project for today, keep checking the blog for more gorgeous inspiration using this pack from our DT's.

Happy crafting,

Valentine's Day Canvas with "If Only Paper Pack"

Hello Everyone,
Shilpa here,
And I am very happy to share with you my first project at Papricious Blog today.
I've created mixed media canvas using Papericious new collection- "If Only" specially for Valentine's day.

I've used three pattern papers and several cut out designs from this paper collection.

To start with, I attached text paper to the canvas, created texture on it with Prima modeling paste. Let it dry completely.

I cut out hearts, frames and several other designs from the collection and arranged it with other embellishments.

Cute lil' butterfly is also from "if only" collection.
I love that blue ornate frame behind flowers.

I've used Colour Arte Twinkling H2os in the background. "Celebrate Love" is a diecut words from black card stock.

And here is final look of the canvas

Hope you enjoyed this and got inspired!
Do try this new "If Only" collection for any wedding, engagement or Valentine's day projects.
Thanks so much for stopping by.

Love is in the Air!

Hello and good morning! I'm Halak and today I'm gonna be talking about a layout I made. ^__^

This is made using the brand new January 2016 Papericious Paper Pack - If Only.

This love themed paper pack has a gorgeous mix of pastels with a beautiful set of papers that sport the vintage look.

So, if you are the classic vintage lover looking for some pop of pastel in your creations, this pack is perfect!

Also, it has enough modern elements so for someone like me, who does not dabble much into Vintage, this works equally well.

The papers are great not just for layouts, altered art, cards etc. but these would also be fantastic for the Planner series that Papericious has come up with.

The color scheme matches beautifully with both the planners, Color Splash and Vintage Chic so irrespective of which planner you get, this paper pack will go with it.

Also in this pack is one design that consists many small notecards / labels and strips etc. of different designs and colors so what I did was cut up some of those pretty labels and use it as my focal point.

I fussy cut out the hearts from another sheet, coated them in glitter dust and added them to my layout because let's face it, a love themed layout without hearts... who are we kidding?! Lol! It's gotta have hearts!!! ^__^

Of course, where there is love, there there are the flowers.

Rose is my favorite flower, so I took a stencil having the pattern I wanted and inked it in two tones, pale pink and cool grey.

I did add a few sequins initially, but then I realized that they made the project look cluttered. So I just let the sparkly hearts and the beautiful quotes do the talking.

That's how this project came together. I hope you enjoyed looking at it.

Have a lovely day! *Hugs*
