All My Heart Plank ft. Papericious 'The Date Night'

 Hello friends!
Hope you all are happy and healthy!
This is Parita Galani, and I am here today with a Tutorial Post featuring the Papericious - The Date Night Patterned Paper Pack.

I have created a Layout on a Heart shaped Plank using simple layering techniques. This paper pack is perfect for creating any type of love-themed projects with its dreamy and whimsical paper design and matching embellishments.

So, lets have a look at my project.
All My Heart Plank

Step by Step Tutorial:
Step 1 - To begin, I pulled out a MDF Heart Plank and adhered a beautiful patterned paper from The Date Night Paper Pack to create the base for my layout . Then, I layered it with jute ribbon, and adhered the photo mat on it.
Step 2 - Next, I added some fussy cut images from The Date Night Paper Pack and used a few elements from the Die Cut Embellishment Sheets to create my composition. I also used a Ink Spray to add a splash of colour to the project.
Step 3 - I then added some miscellaneous embellishments to the project such as flowers, glitter globe, crystal clear stones, wood slice, glass bottle, twine, thread and few buttons.
Step 4 - Then, I adhered some Chippies from The Date Night Paper Pack and foiled it using a roll of Gold Foil to add some glitz and glam to the project. And, tadaa! Our project is now complete. You just need to add your picture to finish your beautiful heart plank.

Gifting ideas with Die Cut Boxes

Hello everyone,
Today we are so thrilled! It's our first post for Papericious this term and it's a dream come true!

The Papericious September release has so many fun products, especially the die cut boxes for the coming festive season.

These boxes come in a pack of 5 with different shapes, pre- scored and pre-taped in a stiff 350g Ivory Paper. They are sturdy enough for stenciling with various mediums, spraying with colors and inking.

The best thing is these make great gift boxes for any occasion.

Today we've picked three of these boxes and designed them. Here's a look at them.

Popcorn Box

For this box, we used the Azealian Paper pack. We've alternated two patterned papers for the sides inside and out. To embellish, we die cut a lace border and a doily and layered it. We completed it with some mulberry friends.

Favor Box with Handle

For this box, we used the Indie Chic Paper pack and cut some elements from the die cut sheet in the pack to embellish the box. For the base, we used a stencil with distress ink first and then layered our papers. The base paper layer was die cut to achieve the zigzag border.

Cake Pie Box

For this box we've used the Back to Basics Paper pack for our layering. We used the Sigma card stock to make some paper flowers. We used some lace for the layering.

Like you can see, it is really easy to decorate these boxes and it doesn't take too long.

Tic Tac Toe themed card

Hello Everyone!!

I'm Manu and I'm sure that you all must have loved the creations made by the DT members with the March release. Papericious launchedtwo new paper stacks called 'Naturals' and 'Ephemera'. While Naturals have papers inspired by nature and not only they are wonderful for making layouts, they serve as a perfect backdrop for the pictures you take too! Ephemera is  to be loved by Mixed Media crazy folks!! It houses some really nice mixed media compatible designs. What more, Ephemera also has a co-ordinating diecuts pack and the pack has some lovely wordings and floral collection!!!

I have worked with the Naturals pack and here's a card that I made with it!

I totally loved the fact these the naturals collection could also be used to make a little artistic card!!! So love this one!!! I'm sure that I'm gonna make a few more of these!!

Here are some more close ups of the card!!!

Totally loved the soft hues of this paper collection!!

Making this card was real simple
I had 9 squares of size 2*2 cut out and then had the sides distressed. Stuck these on to another paper from the pack at a little distance and finished by putting this panel on the cardstock. The best effect comes when each layer is struck using the foam tape. One can them embellish the card !

I hope you all liked the card and yes, there are good more surprises in the store for you all. Stay tuned and keep loving papericious!!

Happy Crafting!
Manu

MOMENTS… a pristine memorabilia-Tutorial

Dear Friends

Today I present you a lovely memorabilia photo frame, aptly named “MOMENTS”. The frame can be a lovely keepsake and your companion making you remember those special moments of your loved ones. You can hang it in your living room or your bed room, also enhancing the ambience of the place.

The “Moments” is made using new Papericious pattern paper “Naturals” which contains lovely designs of brick, sand, wood, etc. In fact the idea of “Moments” came to me when I saw this lovely stack. I was so transfixed by the colors of the papers which are so natural and pristine that I created this lovely frame to immortalize one of my special pics of my daughter. I am sure once you see this stack of Papericious, you would be also be fascinated and encouraged to create something of your own.

Just to help you with it, below is the step by step guide to the “Moments”

I had taken three different pattern paper and torn it and added jute also.
After the paper is torn i had soften the edges with water to give more natural turns and
did the arrangements.

Next step was to add the modelling paste

Next i had taken dusty attics chipboard and paint it with hot chocolate and
then added finnabair glitter and my embellishment was ready.
And Lastly added flowers and papericious die-cut embellishments

I hope you all will like my tutorial and would like to hear you comments
Have A Nice Day !!!
