Hope you all are keeping yourself cool and hydrated in this hot weather . Today we're bringing you a beautiful step by step tutorial of how to make a beautiful floral resin tray using Papericious MDF tray and its newly launched high quality Resin. It can be used with all types of pigments.

This mdf tray is 8*8 inches in size. The material quality of the tray is very sturdy . 

So, lets start !!

Step 1. As you all know we need to sand the tray with the help of sanding paper to give it a little finishing and then paint it black with the help of any chalk paint or acrylic paint.

Step 2 . Taking a weighing machine, we measure the resin according to the size of the product in the given ratio ie 2:1.

Then we stir it for 5 minutes. 

Step 3. Taking a spoonful of resin in a separate glass, we mix black pigment in the glass which has maximum portion of the resin and gold mica in the glass which has a spoonful of resin. Stir them well in their respective glasses. 

Step 4. Now we pour black color resin in the tray, spread well and then pour gold resin on a few places over the black resin. It will spread on its own giving a beautiful floating effect. 

Let it dry completely.

Step 5. Now we add a few dry flowers on dried layer of resin. Then we mix another batch of clear resin and hardener and pour over the flowers slowly .

 Again we let it dry completely. 

Step 6. Now if you feel the need of another layer of resin on top, you can add add one more layer and your beautiful floral resin tray is ready. 

This tray is a perfect gift for friends and family on special occasions. Also, it is a good product to make for yourself and use it in your home for serving !
