GOOD MORNING!

Swati from Swati's Crafting World bouncing back with another pictorial post. I've a fun tutorial to share with you today featuring "ME BEFORE YOU" Paper collections by Papericious. Please visit www.papericious.com to buy this & other amazing collections of Papers, Cardstocks, MDF Trays, Shakers, etc.

TRIFOLD FOLIO CARD FT. ME BEFORE YOU

Share your thoughts for your loved ones on their Birthday/Anniversary with this lovingly handmade folio card. An interactive fold album with waterfall mechanism on one side & pockets on the other. Made with lots of elements, yet compact. I love pockets, so added a lot of them to this Tri-Fold Folio. Tags & Pockets go together well! It's spacious & can house 10+ Pictures and/or Tags.
Follow along with these simple pictorials on how to make a trifold folio card with just a couple of score lines & folds.

P.S - All the measurements are in inches
STEP 1: 1 piece of 14.7/8 x 6, score along the 14.7/8 side at 5, 5.1/2, 10.1/2, 10.7/8, & fold it.
STEP 2: Position the album, & add magnets to the base.
STEP 3: I've layered the top of the page with purple & pink card & pattern paper. I love the way the black, purple, pink card make the patterned paper pops!

STEP 4: For the waterfall mechanism - take 3 pcs of black card of size - 4.1/2 x 5, score along the side 5 at 4.1/2.
STEP 5: Now onto the pocket part - I love pockets, so have added three pockets in this folio of size -
* 4.1/2 x 5.1/2, score at 1/2 & 4 along 4.1/2 side & at 5 from 5.1/2 side.
* 4.1/2 x 4.1/2, score at 1/2 & 4 along 4.1/2 side & at 4 from 4.1/2 side.
* 4.1/2 x 3.1/2, score at 1/2 & 4 along 4.1/2 side & at 3 from 3.1/2 side.
STEP 6: Fold the score lines, & position the 1st pocket, add patterned papers & paste the 2nd pocket, & then add the 3rd one.
STEP 6: Have added tags to the pockets, & fussy cut few elements to decorate the folio.

Secret Message Card ft. Billet Doux

Hi Friends!
Good Morning, Swati from Swati's Crafting WorldI hope y'all are having some fun time with your family. Today, I'll be sharing a fun & interactive card which I made using the BILLET DOUX - Papericious Papers & BILLET DOUX - Papericious CCE.

SECRET MESSAGE CARD FT. BILLET DOUX

This is a great card for announcing something or for a work colleague as it has lot of areas for writing & hide some silly messages. The concept is old & I remember doing something similar when I was younger, & now I think of it as a card. With some simple cut lines and clever weaving of the card stock, you can create this card very quickly. The card has four separate paneled areas, but you can't find them all. The belly band is optional, but I do think it holds the card together nicely.

HAVE A LOOK!

Check out the video below to see how the mechanism works.

"Spinning Pinwheel Card" ft. The Flickers

GOOD MORNING!
Hi there! Swati from Swati's Crafting World back today to share a simple & lovely Pinwheel card, which I made using THE FLICKERS Papericious Papers & HAPPY TOGETHER - Papericious DCE. I had so much fun making it & must say both the papers & embellishments are very gorgeous.

SPINNING PINWHEEL CARD FT. THE FLICKERS

Size of the base is 6"x 6".
Creating a card like this is very easy, even with the spinning wheel, because once you make the base, that part is done & all you have to do is add your photos, words & a few embellishments. They're the perfect solution for capturing the memories & photos of a specific event, occasion, holiday, or celebrations. They look nice with or without an embellishment. But, in my creation I've added an embellishment on the top & few inside the card. I've also made an envelope of size 6.5"x 6.5" so that the card fits in perfectly, & decorated it with jute threads & embellishment from HAPPY TOGETHER - Papericious DCE.

Scrapbook Style Card ft. Billet Doux - Pictorial

Hello friends,
This is Priti here, and I am back with another inspiration project using the gorgeous "Billet Doux" from Papericious. This time I have created a Scrapbook Style Card with space for both pictures and messages, and can be gifted on any occasion. I also have a picture tutorial for you on how to create this lovely tall card.

This card measures 6.5"x8.5" and we can easily put around 10 pics with some tags and messages. The fussy cut elements from the Cut & Create Embellishment Sheets were perfect to embellish the cover page. So let's get started with the step by step tutorial.

Step 1:

Cut one piece measuring 6.5"x8.5".

Step 2:

Cut 1 piece measuring 6.5"x9.25". Score on the 9.25" side at 0.5". Apply tape on the bumpy side.

Step 3:

Cut 2 pieces -  3"x7.5".

Score 1 piece at 0.5" on the 3" side and at 0.5" and 7" on the 7.5" side.

Score the other piece at 1" on the 3" side and at 0.5" and 7" on the 7.5" side.

Apply tape on the dented side as shown in the below picture.

Step 4:

On the first pocket miter the corners where the score lines cross. And on the next piece, make the cuts as shown in the picture below.

Step 5:

Take the 6.5"x8.75" piece and stick the full pocket piece to the bottom edge.

Step 6:

Now slip the second pocket piece into the first pocket up to the score line and stick it.

Step 7:

Place this piece on top of the 6.5"x9.25" piece with the pockets at the bottom and face down. Fold down the top flap and secure. It will look like this:

And our Mini Scrapbook Style Card is ready! It's quite easy and simple right? This is how I have decorated the insides and the cover. You can place photo mats, tags, notes etc. in the pockets.

Here is the list of supplies used for this project:

I love making these small projects which make lovely gifts for anyone. I hope you like my work and will leave me some love. See you soon!
