Papericious Guest Designer - Kavitha


Hello everyone,
This is Hussena here, and I am so thrilled and excited to introduce to you our Guest Designer for December who is none other than, Kavitha!
Kavitha, is a very talented artist and designer who excels at various forms of paper crafting, be it Mixed Media, Card Making, Scrapbooking, and more. It's an absolute honour to have her here with us and I can't wait for you to check out the fantastic projects she has whipped up using our latest release: Woodland Walk and Dream Big. Here's a little bit about Kavi:
Hello everyone,
Kavitha here with you today and I am so happy to be on the Papericious blog after a long time. I have some inspirations using the latest release, first up is a Gatefold Folio using a very cute "Woodland Walk" Collection.

 This collection has lots of adorable critters and I totally loved the colors in this. The folio measure 6 by 8 inches, has lots of flaps and pockets, and can easily hold up to 40 photos and journaling.

Tri-Shutter Mini Album
Next up is a Tri-Shutter Mini Album using the "Dream Big" Collection. This measures 3.5 inches by 10.5 inches and has a few spaces for small photos.

Gift Tags ft. Papericious "With Love"


Hi all!
Design Team Member Tulika here today to share my new project with you all. Papericious has launched two very beautiful paper packs - 'With Love' and 'Dream Big'. Along with the papers, they also have Cut and Create Embellishment Sheets and Chipboards co-ordinating with the papers.

Today I am showcasing three gift tags featuring the beautiful 'With Love' Patterned Paper Pack and CCE Sheet. It is loaded with wonderful floral patterns all over. I thoroughly enjoyed making these tags. Here it is :

"Love Tag Card" with 'Me Before You' Collection


Hello everyone!
Shilpa here,
I have Tag Card Tutorial to share with you today. I've created this fun Tag Card with Papericious 'Me Before You' Collection.

Here is the Step by Step Tutorial:

Step 1 - I started with cutting these tags from 'Me Before You' Paper Pack. They are 8" X 4" in size.

Step 2 - Next, I created 3" pocket with lace border for this card.

Step 3 - For the front little pocket, I wanted mini tags. I cut them out from other beautiful white and purple design papers from same collection. To decorate it more, I used lace punch at the edge. I adhered flowers and sentiments from 'Me Before You' Cut and Create Embellishments, and some Lace Flowers.

Step 4 - I started adding embellishments to main tag. Along with Cut and Create Embellishments, I also used Papericious Chippis. I colored the heart design with Chalk Paint - Duck Egg.

Step 5 - I adhered few more die cut flowers, hearts and leaves and my tag  card was finished.

Cute Love Tags ft. "Me Before You"| Video Tutorial



Hello everyone,
Shakti here from Shakti Art Creations and I am back again with a Video Tutorial of two cute love tags featuring the beautiful NEW release Paper Pack "Me Before You" Collection. I made two different styles of tags for you. One is an Acetate Shaker Tag and another is a Mixed Media one. I also used the Me Before You CCE for my project with some Sugar Plum Sequins and Rajni Chawla's Frosting Powder from the store.

Papericious Guest Designer | Gayatri Viswanathan

Here's a little bit about Gayatri:
Hello crafty folks,
I am Gayatri, mother of two wonderful boys. I have been an art and craft lover from my younger days. I used to enjoy and love my craft classes in my school days. After a long time, five years back I stepped into crafting world through quilling. I slowly tried my hand in scrapbooks and decoupage. I love making my flower embellishments and try making different fold cards and interactive cards.  
Sometimes your joy is the source of your smile, but sometimes your smile can be the source of your joy. Spread the smile bug and and infect everyone......
I am super excited to be Guest Designing for Papericious. I am grateful to Team Papericious for giving me this opportunity.

 Today I am showcasing the recently launched paper pack ‘I Love You’. Such a gorgeous combination of teal and pink. I have made two interactive cards and a tag with the scraps I had.

Spinner Card
Recently Jennifer McGuire had shared a spinner card tutorial and I had to give it a try. I took a white card base and layered with one of the sheets and few cut apart from the pack. On the inside I created a spinner heart and layered with coordinating sheets.

Shaker Card
The second card is a shaker card. I made two heart windows and created the shaker part on the front panel. I added few handmade flowers and die cuts to decorate the front panel. The paper pack has cute little cut apart and I had to create something with them. So I made a simple pop up elements on the inside. And added the sentiment from the sheet.

Tag
I had scrap papers lying around and I thought that what better way to make use of them than making a tag? I cut a base measuring 3.5” x 5.5” and trimmed the scraps and added a doily scrap too! I also added few fussy cut elements from the sheets.
